1. Die-cast Aluminum Core: Fast heat conduction and strong temperature control, eliminating burnt spots.

Using ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy, the thermal conductivity reaches 150W/(m·K) (three times that of ordinary steel), increasing oven temperature by 40% and maintaining a temperature difference of ≤5°C across the pan, ensuring steaks are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and potatoes are evenly crispy.
